I'm so glad you are in church today!
In our Scripture reading for today (from John 11), Jesus says, "I am the resurrection and the life."
What do you think of when you think of "life"?
I think of breathing air in and out, I think of green grass growing and I think of little Nigel! He is so lively and full of life. I know Nigel would love to be here at Jesus Club with you today.

Madeline says that "life" makes her think of bunniesand doggies and Nigels. Stephen says it makes him think of a huge light shining down from the heavens. And little birds. And peace. Carol thinks that it looks to her as if there are two kinds of life. a life in heaven, and a life here, on earth.
Wow! I love hearing what Jesus Club thinks about things. I'm going to think more today about what "life" is, especially when Jesus says he IS the life.
